Job Description Prepare food ingredients as requested. Ensure vegetables and meats are fresh. Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables. Help unload and check food deliveries. Load and unload the dishwasher, wash dishes and utensils, clean the kitchen station, sweep and mop the kitchen floor, ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned after use, and perform other assigned duties. Work conditions: fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods. Requirements: will train; prior experience or good understanding of Asian/Japanese cuisine is an asset; team player and reliable.
