Job Description Supervise, coordinate and schedule store staff. Collect cash and card payments, balance cash and record sales. Provide outstanding food and customer service. Place vendor orders for supplies and oversee the overall food-service operation. Assist hiring, train new employees in workplace safety, sanitation and job duties, resolve customer complaints professionally, complete daily inventory counts and records, help develop company procedures and policies, and perform other duties assigned by management. Work conditions: fast-paced, physically demanding, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods. Requirements: secondary school diploma; 1 to 2 years of food-service or handling experience; supervisory experience; strong organization and interpersonal skills; client focus, positive, reliable and motivated team player.
