Job Description Prepare food ingredients as requested. Ensure vegetables and meats are fresh. Wash, peel and chop fruits and vegetables. Help unload and check food deliveries. Load and unload the dishwasher; wash dishes and utensils; clean the kitchen station; sweep and mop floors; and clean kitchen equipment after use. Other duties as assigned. Work is fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive, and requires standing for extended periods.
