Job Description Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes including sauces, soups, salads, vegetables and meats. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Keep kitchen and food handling areas clean. Weigh, measure and mix ingredients. Maintain inventory and records; check received products and place orders. Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards. Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking and handling. Work is fast-paced, physically demanding, repetitive, and requires standing for extended periods.
