Worker 1: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat: 12 pm to 7 pm (35 hours weekly)
Worker 2: Wed, Thur and Sun: 2 pm to 9 pm, Fri and Sat: 3pm to 10pm (35 hours weekly)



Work setting: Restaurant
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job Description Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
- Create new recipes
- Estimate the amount and cost of supplies and food items
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
